Sequence, Inc., an engineering consulting firm specializing in the design and testing of facilities and manufacturing processes, sought to create a restorative sanctuary in their new-build headquarters. The objective was to design a lounge, dining and bar area that offered employees a warm, comfortable escape from their high-pressure work environment. At the same time, the new design needed to maintain Sequence’s distinct corporate personality.

To execute this vision, the Premier Concepts team coordinated a multi-disciplinary effort involving Sequence, Redline Design Group, Eno Company (General Contractor), and Heartland Acoustics (ceiling contractor).

Custom Fabrication

Premier Concepts manufactured a custom hexagonal grille using high-pressure laminate (HPL). This material provided the durability for a high-traffic lounge while perfectly matching the owner’s vision.

Detailed Documentation

Working closely with the architects, Premier Concepts developed custom shop drawings. These plans ensured the multi-dimensional design integrated flawlessly with the building’s layout.

Maintenance-Friendly Design

The team engineered specialized panels that functioned as access sites, simplifying life for maintenance staff while remaining invisible to the casual observer.
